This is one of the most heartbreaking posts I’ve ever read. You poor, poor thing. I just want to give you the biggest hug right now. All of the big flavour cuisines of the world, Mexican, Thai, Indian all make extensive use of cilantro and are bereft without it.

I have the genes ( two genes that sit on chromosome 11, OR10A6 and OR10A2,) that make cilantro taste like soap and also make brussles sprouts taste terribly, indelibly bitter regardless how they are prepared.

On the flip side I can't smell the asparagus pee smell. So bonus I guess?
