But not entirely to my satisfaction. heifer B***y at the Pfluggerville IHOP has cause 5 employees to quit durring the time frame of my first day up until today when i picked up my last check.

After a meeting with the store owner to most of the IHOP's in the Austin area the heifer has been put on a very very short leash :D. She has lost her formal schedule and will now terrorize the morning people. i really do feel sorry for them.

This is her last warning before she gets fired. I am pleased but.. not entirely satisfied.

I don't know what she did to you, but perhaps you could think of a few more nasty nicknames for her to go along with "heifer?" Would that make you feel more satisifed with yourself?

Um, Pflugerville's not a big town. You may want to delete her name from your rant. It's bad enough you've chosen to insult her in the terms you did.

She lied to me. tried to force me to work a job for much less money so I walked out. She has been the terror on the overnight/graveyard shifts to all servers. She got caught in her lie though.

Oh believe me I would call her more. however I am desperatly trying to clean up my language ever since my son screamed dammit in WalMart.. or was it at Ryan's?

I wonder what *'s (decided against using her real name) side of the story is...

and I wonder what * calls Purrde...

So you'd prefer that your son learn to call people "heifers?"

I think "heifer" is just a bit more appropriate for Walmart, Cheyenne.

Oh, and btw, Children Cussing is Reason Number 6,973 to NEVER EVER shop at Walmart.

One of the things i teach my boys is the difference between pretty and ugly. Pretty or handsom means the person is a nice person to be around and Ugly is someone who is not nice and mean. Pretty and ugly has nothing to di wth looks but attitude.

I rarely ever say the word heifer aloud unless I am actually talking about a heifer. I type or write it out because to me its better than calling a woman a bitch, whore, ho any anyhting else I could come up with.

being called a female cow isn't a terriable thing. If the word heifer slips out of my mouth instead of bitch, fucker, asshole, shit or anyhting else by accident I would consider myself fortunate to have that word slip out of my mouth than others.

oh I get it now..

You don't want your son reading bad words while he is reading Lit.. otherwise why would it matter whether you typed heifer or bitch..

*nods head* It all makes sense now.

While I would rather him not call anyone any names other than their own i would be a lot less upset at him calling someone a heifer than a dirty word. However name calling isn't a good thing and even though I make mistakes and slip up occasionaly I apologize to my children because I did a bad thing.

So yes, if my son got into a confrontation, as i am sure he will through out his life. I would be more pleased that my son chose their word heifer than bitch.

I never said I am a perfect parent. But my children are never around the computer when i visit this site.

What does her body size have to do with her being a bitch?

Ah, so this is where children learn to make fun of fat people and start developing their young eating disorders?

First of this has nothing to do with her body size. Nothing at all. I called a rather skinny cop a heifer the other day (not to her face of course was about 5 minutes after the incident) because I got pulled over because my blinker light was out. It's a word. I don't use it to define people by their body weight. If that is how you want to use it or think of it that is fine. But you are mistaken in this issue.

She is about as big as I am. And I don't consider myself fat. I weight about 125 lbs. Like I said it's not about body mass. it's a word.

It's a word that most people associate with a fat woman.

ok

if your children aren't here to read what you post.. why not use a different term?

Why does it matter what term I use? I use the word because if I freequently type the word b*tch or another word I fear that they will slip out when I am not thinking about what I am saying aloud.

If anyone is offended by the term I am sorry. I am not referring to anyone's body weight. Where I grew up that was a common word to express anger at a woman or a man.

Why was it the cops fault your "blinker light" was out? She was just doing her job.

Have you ever been pulled over? Havent you ever though or disliked the moment that you taken it out on someone in your mind?

Personally, I'd rather I be called a bitch than a heifer. Also, I'd rather my kids heard me say bitch than heifer.

But that's just me.

I've been pulled over once, and the only person I ranted at was myself. It wasn't the state trooper's fault that I was going 105 in a 65.
