Wine, usually, but there is always beer and mixed drinks for others.
Cabernet is my choice, but most Reds will do.

We used to have an old cajun on pbs that had a cooking show. At the end of the show, no matter what he cooked, he had a glass of wine. He'd say "I drink red cause that's what I like!"

We usually start out with a bottle of champagne, them move to reds. Red blends usually. I hope it cools down enough to drink red wine!
