Just finished a bottle of a Malbec from Argentina.
Not bad, hearty, fruity.

What's the next bottle gonna be?

I have a cab by j Lohr.
I find that brand to be consistent and in my price range, father.
Around $12.
Every time I venture away to anothe brand, I get dissapointed. Even middle of the road Mondavi dissapoints.

That's about what I spend. I buy reds too syrah, merlot, cabs, pinot, red blends, etc. Generally 10-15 a bottle. By the case to get that discount too.

I'm on my second Manhattan right now.

Definitely tart. I used ginger ale for added sweetness which turned out to be a good idea because that's really the only sweetness besides the candied ginger. The candied ginger at the bottom was so good to eat, btw.
