Hmmm, well I don't know whether to laugh or cry, tough seems I have chosen laughing for now. We had a lovely session this afternoon, much more in the realm of what used to be than what has been these last few months. He flogged and caned me until I was nearly flying through the roof, and bruises developed (you know, those things that are all red, black, blue and purple!!), as well as big welts all swollen and bright. So less than an hour later I checked in a mirror I was passing, curious to see it again, and guess what, barely a mark remains even though it is the first time I have squealed when I sit down or bend, move with great care, and feel it in every fibre. He didn't believe me until he looked for himself. LOL, he says I am the first submissive/slave he has ever had difficulty marking for any significant amount of time. Oh well, I guess I am an original.

I am really dragging today and this uncharted territory for me. I usually have plenty of energy.

I think it’s the combination of the long hours on the new job and getting in a 4 am from the bondage classes.

I don't thing they are. I think they are sinus headaches however the one on Saturday hit a new place on my head and was worse than usual.

Painkillers no longer seem to work. Over the counter ones either do nothing or make me feel like I'm bleeding inside.

As I said I do think they are mostly sinus related.

I went to the ENT about three weeks ago now. I took his course of treatment but it didn't help and in fact has made some things worse as well as adding new problems.

So I give up. I'm done with this.

I refuse to be sick anymore because I am fed up with it. From now on I declare me well!
