Not only that, but statistics can always be manipulated to justify one's cause. Whether he's joking or not, I find the site laughable. If he thinks that way, let him think that way, there is no way in hell his opinions will ever have those laws or ideas come into place.

As for it being true, on his picture page, there is a link to "his" picture on uglypeople.com

Why would he post a link to a picture of himself on UGLYpeople.com? Unless he has a really low evaluation of his appearance, and is comfortable with that (even if the link is now wrong), it seems to hint that maybe this was just a small website set up as a prank to make the real person behind the picture look bad.
