After having seen quite some shitty movies in the theatres recently (Resident Evil Apocalypse, Riddick to name two) [exception: The Village] I had seen Collateral (which I loved) and now I have seen Man On Fire. I love this movie. An angry Denzel is always a safe bet. Tony Scott's movies used to rock and this one does as well. And his style is great. The cinematography, the editing, the music (though Lisa Gerrard does a good job at copying herself), everything was fresh and in style. And I especially loved the use of the subtitles.
Great character developement, good acting, a little action and great one-liners, what more could you ask for?
So two good movies in a row, seems I am lucky.
Now i'm planning for a hattrick. Let's just hope I'll get to see Der Untergang before I see Dodgeball.
