Teen Titans: Special Edition (OOC)

No need. I haven't seen ALOT of Danny Phantom, hell I probably know him more from Grim Adventures Down Below. than I do from the actual cartoon. I just know Danny has a crap ton. My main point was I'm trying not to trip all over everyone elses thing since most heroes just do that one thing they do.

I agree, we should have a list of character sheets. I will start a new thread called the Teen Titans Roster. It will be strictly for posting profiles, and we'll keep this current thread for OOC chatter. Everyone can repost their profiles in the Roster and edit as necessary. If a character dies or any major changes are made in their lives, we can update the character sheets accordingly. If a player goes AWOL, we can list their character as a former member.

Like, we can add "Team Status" to the sheets. Other than Nightwing, who'd status is "Leader," everyone would be "Member," "Former Member," or "Deceased." If someone isn't a member but helps out, they could be "Associate," and we can even include "Nemesis" for villain profiles or something.

What do you guys think?

Sounds like a good idea to me, so I assume you'd start the thread and have a membership list/index, then Virginneed would be in other? Then say if I left you'd just change your index so I was in former member yeah? And we'd post our profiles in the responses :)

Yeah, basically.

Soon. I know it's a little later than morning, been trying to get motivated. I have a cracked tooth that has been giving me a lot of trouble the last few days and I think my stomach pain is from taking to many ibuprofen, since I can't afford the dentist right away.

It's about noon where I am, so only a little later than morning. I'm working on my Blue Beetle profile right now, and then I'll post it in the Teen Titans Roster, along with a repost of Nightwing and then the IC thread.

Don't rush yourself, I was just curious. Although I have to admit I'm looking forward to getting started :). Just spotted the roster as well, so should I put up my sheet?

Sorry that took so long, had a lot of debate within myself over how to do Blue Beetle, but it is finally done and posting. Now to get the IC thread going. I am getting pretty tired and have to work tonight, so I am going to start off with a small post to get everyone going, and then I will post a longer one tomorrow.

Oh, also, anyone who is part of the original line up who comes to the firehouse is a "Founding Member." Anyone who joins after the meeting is just a "Member."

Ha ha, get in. Can we pull rank ;)?

And no worries mate, we all know what it's like. Although I'm blessed (or cursed) with being mildly insomniac, I don't do tired, at least not very often :S. And work can be a bitch sometimes, even the prospect depresses me these days :(

I wouldn't think so seeing as we're all there at the same time(ish) so surely it's just for reference and to set the scene a little.

Yeah, I just did it to set the scene. I will only include the date stamp when we jump forward to a new day or something, so that we can keep track of where we are.

LOL I think I let a little too much anger show in that post, lol. Those who play with me know I can't stand posts that are written poorly, in first person, and clearly disregard established facts.

The meeting is not being held on the roof, Nightwing is up there watching for the others and any potential villains spying on them. The meeting is inside, where Blue Beetle went to wait. Blue Beetle was flying, so he landed on the roof, but people can also come in the front door, lol. But everyone just kind of joined him on the roof, and he hasn't explained himself yet or led them down into the firehouse because he is too busy being angry at Danny, lol.

And Google maps can also follow their every move out in the open, regardless of where they are, so :p.

Eh. Everybody is currently on the roof and given the nature of the Bat-Family and the flyers it's a fair assessment of Ben's to assume at this point the meeting was on the roof and he's only caught part of the conversation which is why he hasn't commented. He has worked with people who have secret identities in the past he just doesn't have one himself.

Speaking of which meeting in a fire house the first time someone slips up and give an opening I'm either going to talk about ghostbusters or how the roof is on fire and we don't need no water. . .what? I never claimed Ben was going to be mature.

LMAO okay. And yeah, I figured that's what Ben assumed, but I didn't want you to think I had deliberately put them out in the open or whatever.

I hope I haven't got ahead of myself by describing the interior as rundown? I was kinda assuming it hadn't been renovated yet. If you don't want that just let me know and I'll edit it in :)

Fair enough. The thing is that Ben wouldn't care if the meeting was televised. He might point out something to be a smart ass but that's more the fact that when all is said and done he's a bit of a douche than him really caring. There are enough Dick's in the world that you'd have to be a fair way to solving the "who is Nightwing" puzzle to figure out who he was based on his name. Hell Ben might have called him that in jest if he knew but currently Ben only knows the identies of people who've made little or no effort to hide their identities.

Yeah, the firehouse is a bit rundown inside. In the last week or so he has been operating out of it alone, and the only part that is up to date is the garage area on the first floor, where the firetrucks would have been parked. Down here he has computer systems and equipment storage lockers, as well as a place to park his motorcycle. He owns the building under the fake indentity "Chester Honeywell."

Dick is never seen entering or leaving the building out of costume, using sewers and underground tunnels to approach the firehouse. In the middle of one of these subway tunnels is a hidden door in the wall, which leads to a tall, veritcal tunnel with a ladder leading up to another secret door. This second door opens into the firehouse basement. When Dick fully renovates the building, he'll also build an elevator to replace the ladder.

Ah, so perhaps should we have gone down to the more advanced area rather than stopping in a room near the top? Or is that ok?
