Trump says 'rogue killers' may be behind Khashoggi disappearance
Mon, 15 Oct 2018 13:23:49 -0400
U.S. President Donald Trump said on Monday "rogue killers" may have been behind the disappearance of prominent Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi, and Saudi...

i wonder if he had this epiphany BEFORE or AFTER the saudis threatened to call in their loans?

Rogue killers conveniently inside a Saudi consulate to cut up a Saudi dissident? Just when I think Trump can't be any crazier, he gets crazier. (And brings the board Trumpettes along with him.)

That's the pattern. Could have been Russians, or some 400-pound guy on a bed somewhere. Could be Russians, but it's probably the Chinese. Could have been Saudis, but it could also have been MS-13.

it's truly scary when cnn is better informed than the potus.

Saudi Arabia preparing to admit Khashoggi was killed: CNN

Saudi Arabia is preparing a report that would admit Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi was killed as the result of an interrogation that went wrong, CNN...

Trump doesn't get his classified information from CNN. There's no expectation that he has to tell "us" that information and probably best he doesn't at this point. He should know by now or someone isn't doing their job.

Trump gets his information from Faux Views; he doesn't half listen to information from the intelligence sources reporting to him (he knows more than any of them do, dontcha know?), and, by now, the intelligence organizations are giving him a very restricted amount of information--for very good reasons: he leaks like a sieve, he has no idea what good information is, and he's an asset of the Russian government.

So Trump, being the pathological liar that he is, thought he could come up with a "better" lie than the interrogation-gone-wrong story. Despots need to get their stories straight.

Yup, 15 guys against one guy-- things can sometimes go wrong.

Meanwhile, there continues to be a lot of scrambling to feed Amerika's addiction to Saudi oil and Saudi dollars. No consensus story yet...

"How does an interrogation involving 15 men and a bone saw go right?!"

It wouldn't help if that someone were doing their job; he won't read his briefings unless they're distilled into comic-book form.

Interrogation gone wrong: they hooked him up to the wall outlet instead of the car battery.

If the SS could keep Obama alive, they can keep Trump alive.

Thanks to Trump's dumping on the justice/intelligence community, the SS has a whole lot less reason to keep him alive. Is his insistence to be on a set number of golf courses half his life something the SS can control?

Well, a golf course provides few hiding places to a sniper.

Why are being told about a spook (CIA) getting killed as a part of his job meddling in affairs overseas? And why is he being painted as a routine reporter at WaPo? And why are almost all media outlets going hard on this story when they have never done so before? In my lifetime, every single POTUS has sucked Saudi cock, as they must because OPEC (dominated by Saudi Arabia) forces countries to purchase in US dollars. This keeps our dollar high because other countries must hold it. Every media outlet refrained on reporting anything in which the Saudi's did something terrible. And every POTUS in my lifetime sucks the cocks of the House of Saud.

This is not Saudi Arabia's first CIA kill, people... we know that. It's just the first one really being reported about, relentlessly and in a passionate way. Why are they letting it all hang out for this guy, potentially plummeting our economy into gutter by upsetting the Men Whose Cocks Always Get Sucked by US Presidents? The articles read CIA all over to me, why is this not in the shadows as per standard operating procedure. This story really stinks, it tells me to rethink my my financial future.

Yep, I don't get why he met at the embassy at all...

How might one rethink a financial future with this in mind?
What would be the questions?

economics and sustainability

A wiser member of the House of Saud once stated to an OPEC gathering, "The stone age did not end because we ran out of stones."

Currently, the world economic system is mostly built upon mining millions of years of carbon accumulation and releasing it into the atmosphere, where it is threatening the long term sustainability of many species, including humans. So, we are mining millions of years of carbon accumulation, releasing it into the atmosphere in the relatively brief period of two centuries, and some are acting as if this fossil-fueled energy addiction is our only option. Like an addict, they are willing to set aside all ethics to meet the short term urge.

Selling out environmental and human rights issues to feed this addiction is the basic question here. The right wing advocates for the short-term economic interests. Others are thinking from a longer term perspective.

Can you prove it wasn't "rogue killers?"

Ok, he went to the embassy to fill out paperwork for a financee visa or something, apparently he was engaged.
