I sunbath in the nude and I use SPF15 allover. Should I use a stronger SPF for the sensitive spots? I don't want to get age spots or wrinkley nipples (and other parts ). Is this a problem or am I ok with the regualr sunscreen?

My ex-girlfriend used to do this she never used stronger then that....I am not 100% sure but I don't think it works you could probably get higher just to be safe I mean hey what can it hurt.

i used to work at a pool... and the big thing there was sunscreen.. the one you're using is fine, but for a slightly bit better protection from all the harmful rays and all that, use an spf 30.. you'll still get a really nice tan from it.. and no matter what one you use, put it on at least a half hour before you go outside.. if you get a sunburn, its usually cuz you waited till you were already out there to put it on, and you get the burn within the first half hour
