Well, it's not a bdsm per se, but Live Journal has several bdsm type groups, and several of us have blogs over at my space. If you're looking at really edgy bdsm-ey topics, I'd suggest Live Journal. My space seems easier to navigate to me, but I read somewhere that it's the most popular blog service for the teen crowd, which makes me uncomfortable when it comes to discussing my sexyuality there. But I think both sites have options where you can limit your readership.

I like my-diary.org. It's not BDSM specific, but it allows you to choose whether it's public or private. Also pretty easy to use.

My space definitely has a large teen population. My daughter and all her friends are on there... nope not somewhere I want to be!
