This is a site I found by doing a quick google search. It might not be the best source, but I think the description can give you an idea of whether or not they are varicose veins.

And if they are, then you can read further on what to do for them. Unlike stretch marks, there are many treatments for varicose veins. How well they work, I have no idea.
