Hi all. Been following the forums for a while now and my partner and I have sort of hit a hiccup in the relationship. She has never slept with a man and is curious as to what it feels like.

I was wondering if there is anyone out there who can compare or describe the real thing vs a strapon, or give any advice on a strapon that would be close to the real thing.

Just needing a little help in the description or comparison department, if anyone can help it would be so very appreciated.

The best I can do is tell you this: I've been with men and women. even at the same time. The equipment isn't what makes the difference, it's the feminine vs. masculine energy. Like sex with a woman is completely different if a man is even present and not participating.

A strap-on isn't going to be close to the real deal because it's missing the man and masculine energy behind it, as well as the actual flesh. However, if you want to go the toy route with that in mind, your best bet is probably a pure silicone, "realistic" dildo if you're planning on playing with the toy more than once, with or without the harness. Cyberskin and the like can be fine for realism as well, but it really shouldn't be used without a condom because it is very porous, can't be sanitized and is made with a bunch of nasty chemicals.

ETA: If you do go the dildo route, you might want to try something like the Feeldoe (which doesn't require a harness, and should give you penetrative pleasure as well), and you'll definitely want to summon every bit of masculinity you have. I'm not sure how to describe that, but for me it requires being more forceful, demanding, a bit rougher, etc. Not that that's how men are/have sex in general, but it's the way I draw that energy out of myself, I guess. You may very well find other strategies, and reading stories written by men with a male POV might help you find some inspiration and ideas for that type of roleplay.

Does that answer your question?

If you do decide to go with a harness I can tell you that after years of searching for comfort, fit, wash-ability and durability you can't beat a Joque. It's comfortable enough to wear all day if needed. The expense is well worth it.

Feeldoe is good if you have very strong PC muscles if not you will need a harness with it too because it is easy to lose it in the heat of the moment.

Thanks so much Erika, great reply to think over. Answers my question perfectly and honestly which is great!

And Saxon should I go the harness route I will definitely look into that one :)

Thanks both so much for your answers!

i can only say that strap on sex is great fun but feels like a dildo when inserted cock can feel very different
