It took me a while to figure out a "foolproof" method to help my partners squirt but now I know pretty much how to build up to it, where to touch and rub, and how hard to apply the correct pressure to help her.... the first time it almost always seems that they are afraid to let go because it feels a bit like peeing, but once they get over that sensation, it s pure bliss from what I see....

One method to try is to use 2 hands, one inside (no, not like fisting) and one outside... gently push 2 fingers inside her and it helps if you can figure out where her g-spot is... go slowly and gently and watch her face and LISTEN to her... there is typically a small ridge inside about 3-4 inches up inside her vagina on the "front wall" (picture in your mind that you are trying to touch a spot inside her that is about 3 or so inches below her navel).... when you touch it, she may react and you will know you're in the right spot... gently apply pressure at first with those fingers and AT THE SAME TIME press on her tummy with the other hand DIRECTLY above that "inside" spot... and experiment after that

Something occured to me while reading this thread. The women who can squirt didn't know it was possible and wondered what it was when it happened. Some were worried/scared etc.
I don't recall hearing about it in sex education classes, playground discussions at school, I didn't read about it in any of the educational literature I read either growing up or as an adult. and my mother certainly didn't mention it.
I haven't said anything to my daughter either. Perhaps we need to educate our girls about it and let them know what to expect. Are there any educational books on the subject one could give their daughter to read?

I think it is a good idea to share the info with our girls. I was never talked to about this at all and there was nothing mentioned in our Sex Ed class. I had no idea what it was until my husband told me what it was.
