Spacebar 3.0 >.<

Just woke up, and the new expansion hits today! But servers are down, I expected that. Was up way late last night just standing around listening to everyone ask when the expansion hits every few minutes, was hilarious.

Big thanks to my dwarf friend who helped me soooo much the past few days getting a bunch of achievements. I got a few Conqueror (requires many smaller achieves) for specific dungeons that I couldn't have done on my own. Yeah dungeons usually take 5 people, but he single-handedly did them for me while I just stood there and tried to avoid red circles, lol. In return, I let him kill me in my home city for an achievement of his. Yeah, that was hard work. ;)

As for rain, HotCPU, I need some here too! I think I heard that my area had gone 53 days without any significant precipitation. So we're getting worried for wildfires too. Checking the weather, a Winter Storm is coming soon, so hopefully we at least get some snow. Looks like mostly wind in my area, but hopefully tomorrow get some rain/snow.

So last night I was driving home, it was already dark at 5:30pm, rush hour traffic. And this truck had a dog standing on top of the cab! Not safe inside the area behind the cab with the walls, but ON TOP! That dog could've slid off so easily. So I try to maneuver my way beside him so I could let him know. Then we get to my neighborhood, and all the cars are stopped. They were all stopped before we got there, so I knew it wasn't truck dog, who actually looked like a big wolf.

The truck swerved past the stopped cars quickly and moved on. It was dark, but I saw some people standing on the side of the road. It looked like a small, flat brown bag was on the ground. I didn't want to be a gawker who caused another accident, but I did stop until the car in front of me moved on.

Last night I checked my neighborhood website like I always do, and a woman told the story about that accident. Somebody hit a small puppy on the road and then drove away. She got out of her car to make sure the pup was okay. The pup looked at her, wagged its tail once, and keeled over and died. A man got out and carried its body to the grass. That small brown bag I thought I saw, was its poor body. :(

She was distraught and just wanted to reach out and try to find its owners. What a very sad way to end the night, knowing all that. :( At least I hope wolf truck dog made it home safely, and the owner makes sure he doesn't jump up there next time.

Just saying hello

People around here go everywhere with dogs in the back of their truck beds. Most of the time its alright but sometimes its not. I've seen to many puppies and kittens that've been hit by vehicles. Leash laws are as much to protect the animals as hey are to protect people. Very sad. You'll never hear me telling stories about this stuff but suffice to say urbanites can be pet careless.

I tried to describe the dog as not being in the safe area of the truck bed. It jumped on top of the truck on top of the driver.

That was the second loose dog I have seen in my neighborhood this week. I don't live in an urban area, but there's too much traffic nonetheless. This other one caused like 5 cars to stop and try to chase it down. I had dog treats in my purse, if I didn't already have my own dog in my back, trying to get her to training lessons, I would've stopped to bring the dog in. I'm good at that.

Hello. Lol, I think you're purposely trying to drive me mad. I type out a heart-felt wall of text, and that's all I get? :D

I am at work my eyes hurt due to sleep, so I didn't read it. Why would you be driven mad ????

Yeah, I understood about the ab roof being unsafe, I've seen that before myself, that kind of stuff's a little crazy. But then I've seen people ride motorcycles with the dog hanging onto a piece of carpet strapped onto the gas tank.

Some people are here for conversations and sharing their thoughts and life events. I love hearing about other people's days. I get enough simple "Hellos" in my pm box, they always drive me crazy. Some people I get a Hello from (and that's it) every week that I've been here. Have some substance people!

Wow I guess you told me lol.

I just read it now. That's so sad, people are evil. I saw a video where they feed a Polar Bear fire crackers and it exploded inside of him. Evil.

Are you okay? I know you love animals

Oh no, that poor polar bear. They have enough issues with their environment melting all around them. And yesterday I heard about a polar bear in a small zoo in a mall and he got sick from lack of sun.

I don't think anybody was purposely evil in my recent experiences, but if you hit a pet dog, stop, don't just run away. If you know your dog is going to hop up on top of your cab, don't bring him along or tie him down somehow, so he's safe.

Yes, I love animals. More than people sometimes.

I love animals and babies so much. The innocence and caring nature is beautiful

I just got a white LED mechanical keyboard and a white cool looking mouse, for a different gaming computer in my house. It was a quarter of the price at $45, but it's super loud. I know it's a mechanical, but it's ridiculous. The lighting is not customizable, which I can live with. The quality is nowhere near the Razer BlackWidow Chroma Stealth that I am used to. Maybe I'll have to suck it up and get another one.

I love that song " we're on easy street ". I annoy people in the morning dancing and playing it.

Yeah it was meant to drive poor Daryl insane, but I do kinda like it. I've been blasting it all morning.

And thanks for letting me know I don't have to edit my post, you won't go off on me, lol!

So sorry you had to watch that!! I freak out about my little 6 lbs. dog just poking his head out the window. And our hunting dogs I grew up with were kept in the dog box next to the cab in the back when we were headed out into the fields.
Makes me so mad how careless and STUPID some people can be. :(

Hope you get the feel for your new controllers! ! I'm sure your talented fingers will still doninate!!

I've seen some really well made dog boxes for hunting dogs that did a great job protecting them. Those dogs were treated better then people by their owners and had wonderful lives. Yeah, I'm a sucker for working dogs, I used to run beagles and bird hunting dogs just to listen to the beagles and watch the bird dogs doing their thing. Awesome stuff. The people who didn't take care of their dogs were held in disfavor and pretty much shunned.

Ah, well I'm keeping my best stuff at my current gaming computer. I just have other computers spattered throughout the house. Mostly to play music while I'm doing other things, or check something on the Internet...

Anyway, my game still isn't ready to go, so it's time to take the pup for a walk and then the dog park. Get my steps in early so I can play all night. The latest update half an hour ago said it should be ready in less than an hour.

I am glad I am not the only one. Were you doing silly dances like me ?

I don't sense malicious intention from you, judging from our few interactions. Plus I am just tired of that stuff. It's okay for you to speak your mind. I believe we lose creativity by conforming to society, making everyone generic. I respect honesty. You don't have to be worried of my reactions.

I'm with you on how much fun it is just seeing the bird dogs go through a corn field getting to the coveys of quail! And yes my Dad would be thinking of them on hunting days much more than us.

Enjoy the park!! Make sure pup plays nicely with the other dogs ... :)

Morning Spacers

Can I ask a favor? If any of you guys are living where the rain is plentiful, can you please send some down so we can get rid of these wildfires? Amazing when the smoke is coming off of them hundreds of miles away ...

Hope all you guys have a great day!!

Shmily Great to have you in our state. Please stay as long as you can. Cool Chicks are always desired!!

thank you sir - YES YES YES to the rain. there was a new fire between work & RV this afternoon, they had some roads blocked off. The smoke cleared up when I got north of them but when I got closer to the rV the smoke from the North was crazy on the eyes and nose.
Was told today the current project should be done in February - but others are available - so should stay in GA - just may have to move to another location.

Good evening all your wonderful Spacelings. A very good day of visiting and napping here today, nice and relaxing. One more day in the midwest and I head back to California. It has been a good little getaway.

People traveling with unsecured dogs irk me. As a pet owner of any sort one of your first responsibilities should be the safety and well being of your creature, whatever it is, so that means securing your dog to protect them from accidents. Here they have pretty strong laws about doing just that so you very rarely see an unsecured dog. As for the hunting and work dogs, LOL they get treated like gold. I grew up around and with cattle dogs and they're pretty amazing creatures.

As for tonight, I am looking forward to an easy night goofing around on the iPad and reading.
