My original plan was a day off cause I was hurting too much last evening / night. BUT I blew that with taking some extra meds & sucking it up to do errands, laundry & packing 5 boxes to ship out of here this coming week. It's nice to see part of my couch back and a new huge tub to pack the last parts of the art supplies up for moving.

But it's 2:30 and I am over today...

<sigh> the ick news is that apparently I sprained the shoulder area we've been working on...
how??? I turned wrong to try & lift my arm turning on the kitchen light Friday night.
I need a MUCH better story then that.
I see the ortho tomorrow. Not sure if I get more PT. Also I have a feeling they are not going to fix the tear.
We've got to do something cause the pain levels every time I try to use it consistently are back to 5.
