Site Trouble?

Is anyone else having trouble getting to the general discussion board besides me. I can get in through the main under Bulletin Board but when I hit Interactive Stories then SRP, I get a site called Hated.com.-some anti-President Bush site. Did email the webmaster. Plus this part of the site seems to run very slow, the rest doesn't.
