And as a parent of child who is dyslexic, I can tell you I have struggled more than once with that while filling out paperwork!!!

My son has several learning disorders that he struggles with in addition to hyperactivity and ADD. He quit taking meds when he was 19, so keeping up in college has been rough for him the past 3 years. Fortunately, he's so darn bull-headed that he just might graduate next year... yay!
