Hello, is it possible for a young man to have his penis shrunk by wearing a short restrictive chastity device for a long period of time? If it is possible, would it get its length back if it were freed from the device?

It won't literally shrink, but it will be heavily restricted for the period of time one has the chastity device on. Penises are quite flexible so to speak, so by shrinkage it's also just a question of the sub getting comfortable with how restrictive the cage is. And yes I don't see how any restriction would be "permanent". I have seen pictures of the contrary where having stretched a penis so much that the skin is looser though.

As far as I'm aware, there is no danger in wearing very small chastity devices, just make sure that it is comfortable for long time use. Wash it, etc etc etc.

Why would you want to? and mine got smaller due to medication usage for medical conditions. I might as well put it in a tiny cage for all the good it does me.

I don’t think so. i have heard of a cage in conjunction with skin tightening cream. It was really small but don’t know what it started out as.
