I missed the possible significance of the "drill her," complete with quotes too, in Bigjonno's dream narration.

There is a possibility the dream is only secondarily sexual, in the sense that the sex part is just a means for bigjonno, to reverse the conditions of his former employment and dominant his ex-boss by reducing her "laying in lingerie" rather than a professional manager... ie, take back the power he had to yield to her as his boss.

We'd have to know more about Bigjonno past and what the working relationship between Bigjonno and his old boss was before concluding he subconsciously (or otherwise) rejects female leadership.
