So today is one of those days that's kind of special.
No, not an anniversary or birthday.
Today I'll send a person I've been working with off. We will celebrate his accomplishments so far, and then send him off, with great ceremony, to start a new life.
I do this with some regularity and it never fails to move me. The older I get, the more I realize how important it is.
And I get to wear a goofy hat. What could be better????
