Whites don't vote based on race, for the most part. They vote on other issues, and on those issues they are still voting 60% against Democrats nationally (and that was with a suppressed white turnout).

A majority of voters from other races vote largely based on race. They won't vote for what they feel is the "white people party" (however absurd and erroneous that view is). We have no idea how they would vote if you took race out of the equation, but there's no reason to believe their voting patterns would be different than for whites if race wasn't a factor.
