Presecan and Ungaru won in the teams, and I think Presecan got an individual at the 2000 games, the other one was a 96 team member.

As for the talk about female gymnasts having small breast, that's due to a couple things.
1) Most are still kids or very young teenagers. It’s a young sport where most gymnasts retire before they hit 19. Yes, there have been exceptions, and lately that is becoming more the norm.
2) Lighter gymnasts are better, faster, gymnasts, and development is triggered by increases in body weight and nutrition, (among other things). They have strict diets and intense workouts. It slows their development into women hood.
