Ditto the clothing, because I can tell people I'm wearing something sexy from Victorias when actually I'm wearing jogging pants, two t-shirts and a scruffy fleece because it's cold in here - Oh and fluffy socks with Santa on them
But I can also switch from listening to a Bach Sonata to Muse to Bastille without anyone getting techy. Then I can leave umpteen sets of notes on the floor and come back the next day and they haven't been damned well tidied up. And I can leave a pile of socks unpaired in a heap till I'm ready to deal with that
