It does diminish as you get older, in quantity and in strength of the squirts

When younger, volume was directly related to how active I was, the more active/orgasms the less quantity per orgasm. However, strength of orgasm was related to how excite/turned on I was.

I imagine it's very similar for women, too, as in the intensity of the orgasm.
