OK, I was also ALMOST selected for the lead in a Disney movie when I was in 8th grade. I was one of the last 3 that tried out.

I once got invited to a Halloween party last minute and had no costume. All I had laying around was a big cardboard box. I cut a big rectangular slot in it and wrote “Free Mammograms” on the top.
