Reveal the most random fact about yourself.

When I was about 25, my appendix almost burst. I was in hospital for 5 days recovering. Not only was it my birthday whilst there, but the vicar I knew (from some outreach work I was doing) came to visit me. I joked with him that he'd be causing a stir in the ward, making people think this was my final time.

Good times.

I have a large number of story ideas that would be very popular. The only thing holding me back from publishing them is my severe lack of writing talent...

While Lit has a lot of threads where people reveal things about them (or parts of them for that matter), I want this to be about you telling us something about yourself that is totally random, insignificant, trivial and/or amusing bordering on silly.

I'll start:

I can sing the national anthems of 11.5 countries.

Now it's your turn, go!
I can wiggle my ears🤷‍♂️

My home (not this one) was burgled nearly 30 years ago. It was one of the most traumatic things I've experienced in regards to the violation of my privacy. I had bad anxiety about leaving my home for prolonged periods for years after, until I was able to finally invest in a really good alarm system linked to a company who acts if it goes off. And also my daughter pops in now and again when I'm on holiday to report to me that everything is ok.

I don't consider myself a worrier in general terms, but this - yeah, I absolutely worry far more than is reasonable, even now. It's something that crosses my mind several times when I know the house is empty overnight.
