Protecting the lives of the citizens is one of the bedrock purposes of government (protecting lives, property and liberty). If the CPSC is unconstitutional, then everything is unconstitutional.

Seems there is a bit of an issue determining the actual number. It's claimed the total number is around 1.1 million. But there is no actual data to prove this. However to low rent brains such as your, data's kind of beyond your level of comprehension.

When you look to actual data that exist's the number is 177,00 or so. Which means the truth is somewhere in between.
