Well, as I went around to various message boards today I found a pic that i REALLY like and want to put up as my avatar. However I need more posts I think. I seem to recall reading someplace that you need 100 posts to get an avatar. I can't find the thread now, but oh well.

So here I am, posting away to get to my 100 posts.

As of today I'm still looking for a job. No luck really. I did find a place to send my resume however. It was in Washington state and had no relocation pay, and i really don't think i'll be moving cross country without any money to do it with, so...oh well..

I watch the news and see the telecom industry is in as bad of shape as it was a year ago when I was laid off. I'm a lazy bitch these days I guess. Not working for so long will do that to ya.

I've started a few ventures to maybe make a few dollars with my boyfriend sporting the bills to do it If i can work out the kinks, hey, who knows, maybe I won't need a job.

There is a really crappy movie on and i'm smokin a cigarette. I've noticed I smoke WAY too much when i don't have to wait till lunch time to do it.

While trying to upload my avatar i found that i can change the style of these message boards. I'm now using the "apple" template. I'm thick sometimes, so I just now realized that it's supposed to look like that blue apple notebook kinda color.

I think this is jim carry in a serious roll....

Hrmm..(looking around) wonder if it's snowing yet. Supposed to get a few inches tonight.

Maybe I'll throw in a few emoticon thingies....

But I need like 30ish more posts i think. God, I'll have to go to the general forum and randomly reply to people...maybe that "we're going to war" thread...

Anyone else think that Colin Powel could be our first black pres? I think so, he's pretty well excepted.

And who would the demacrats throw at him? Hillary? I think the KKK would love that election hahaha

Man, I can so sympathize with you about that whole "sleeping boyfriend" bit. Mine's fast asleep, after a reclusive evening of staying in the office and working while I (finally) watched "The Piano."

As for post counts, I'm trying to work mine up too. I mean, really. I've been here for a year and a half and I still don't get to choose my title. I'm here every day, but my average posts per day hovers between 0.99 and 1.17, with almost no variation. Perhaps this means I'm a good listener?

Anyway, the mods won't hate us if we talk about BDSM. Hmm... Here's my contribution: I'm currently sporting the first 'mark' I've ever received from my fiance. It's a hickey. He used to say he didn't believe in the things, but I think we both enjoyed the experience. Who knows? Maybe I'll get to have my D/s again after all!

Jenn ~ Good morning. That was a wonderful pic you posted. Oops, I guess for you it is afternoon. Hope the snow doesn't create to much havoc for you. We have been lucky here this year. Actually, the most snow I have seen was when I was in NC over the holidays of all things. The stuff just seems to go to the north and south of SE WI this season. Hope to your AV soon.

Random Thoughts...

...oh I am a Gem(ini) and every thought it seems to be so random and not connected with another one.

Ok...right now I am thinking that this board doesn't really seem much action since this thread was so close to the top of the list and yet it hadn't been posted to for almost 9 hours.

Next random thought...my new place...when I get it. I am so excited. I have already been thinking about the plants that I want on the balcony and the colours for the rooms. I am thinking rose, burgandy and creams for the bedroom. Bathroom...well I have my towels so it will have to be burgandy, pink and grays. Not sure of the grays anymore.

Third random thought...why am I watching this movie on tv...it is boring as hell. Oh cos the cable isn't working...and so I am left with the two terrible freebie channels.

Is the choice of a medical secretary a good one for me? when I can't even spell...yikes. But it will be a good future for my son and I...if I can find a job.

Why do they make equipment that you have to unplug to turn off...isn't that just so strange.

I could go on and on...but I am tired. So might go and read for a bit. This thread reminds me of this book I read when I was younger. It was an English book about this teenage guy who kept a journal. Adrian Mole was the guys name.

It is sleepy time for me...oh and why do people wear jammies to bed? I get tangled up in nighties...and get much too hot.
