All the more so when it turned out the it wasn't even a burkini, merely an outfit providing equivalent coverage on a brown skinned woman.

I put grenadine in my club soda. Trying to drink healthier things but really...club soda is the liquid equivalent of tree bark. Triscuit crackers are also gross. Need low fat cheese to eat them. So that's my meals. Oh and peanut butter

So it turns out that it only takes about four months of not exercising to wreck all the work I did in the gym in the previous two years. Sucks.

That first month back is a killer. By October you'll be back in the swing of it. Just need to build the momentum up.
