Have you ever had such vivid sorrowful nightmares about someone you care deeply about you woke up crying? Or been so mad you woke up pissed at them?

I was thinking about this earlier today while driving. The dreams that wrack my emotions the most are dreams that involve someone I care about who has passed away. We have a lovely time together in the dream, until I wake up confused then sad all over again.

This happens to me as well. Some times the dreams are nice and sometimes nightmares. I also tend to dream a lot about the person I care about most telling me to basically get lost and he never wants to see me again. I think I need mental help or an intervention of some kind. Lol.
