stress and worry have a way of winding you up so much, that it's hard to have a positive mindset under those circumstances.
when you are surrounded by negativity, it keeps the light just out of your reach. heartbreak, ailments, hardship and failure can corrupt your spirit, make it tender and pull you into the darkness; but if you are able to erase those thoughts from your mind, you can approach unpleasant emotions or situations in a different manner and triumph over them in a positive way.
know that you are not governed by depression, anger, bitterness, insecurity or any other negative emotion; that is not your truth.
there is a healing energy waiting for you. that is your destiny; that is your truth. pay attention to your dreams, they will reveal what you've been keeping inside.
focus on those thoughts that make you (and your spirit) feel good. believe that you will triumph. know that you are loved beyond measure. know that you are important, your life serves a purpose.
reach for the light, it will remedy the negative emotions.
