Does anyone happen to remember watching some weird movie back in the late 80's/early 90's (Or somewhere around there) about some young girl having her hair cut and stolen to make magic paintbrushes or something odd like that?

It came up in conversation tonight and both of us remember the movie vaguely but can't remember what exactly it was about, or what it was called and it's driving us insane.

Let me shed some light on this. I don't remember the name of the movie off hand, but let me add a few more details. First off it was a guy, not a girl. Second, he had went bald, then aplied some magic cream or something, and his hair kept growing and growing.

Now the guy who was cutting his hair was his art teacher I belive, and he actualy kidnaped him. He was making magic paint brushes, which were being made my school children. I also belive the boy had a friend who was asian, kinda a sidekick. Theres alot more details to the movie, but don't want to waste anybodys time with it. I'll try and think what the movie was called. I kinda pride myself on movie knowledge.

I know what movie you're talking about.... wasn't it called something like "The Peanut Butter Conspiracy" or something close to that?
