I've never been a big fan of turkey, I'd go with ham.
Turkey is just so heavy, then you spend all day in the kitchen, make way too much food, for a meal that lasts 30 minutes, sure a little longer if you're having a family get together, but still, all those hours of cooking could be better spent enjoying your company. Don't even get me started on eating leftovers for a week! ugh, With all that, Ebers may have to hold my hair too!
I'm leaning toward ham, to be honest. My mother usually does the turkey, and frankly, the smell of turkey cooking always gives me a migraine. It's weird, and I have no explanation for it, but it's true. So, I am hoping to be able to convince to go with ham this year.
In regards to Ebers, he'll be busy holding MY hair, get your own hair-holder!!
