problem in chat???

i am having trouble logging on to chat. the error box says my name and /or password has been entered incorrectly. i even created a new name and i get the same error message. what's the deal????

I've never been able to get in.

Yeah, me too, happens every so often. It stops after an hour or two....
I've emailed the mods about it, but got no reply....
