Hoping one of you or more of you can help me with posting a picture. How does one post a pic on a relpy without using an attachment. How, where and what do I need to do? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If the picture is on your computer, there is no direct way to add it to a post without using the attachment function.

To put in image in your post rather than attaching it, it has to be somewhere that the forum software can find it -- i.e. it has to be hosted on the internet somewhere.

Some free hosting site -- notably Angelfire and Geocities -- block "hotlinking" images they host.

To hotlink an image into your post, upload it to a webhost or prsonal webspace and use the IMG tags (or the IMG button above the text box for your post) to displayit in your post.

VillagePhotos.com is a free hosting site that also allows hot linking, try signing up there and uploading your pic's, then you can just use the "IMG" button and away you go!
