Post-Chicago letdown

Me too ... I have heard so many great things that I really want to meet you. Plus, I still owe you a proper thank you for giving Wenchie a place to sleep last year ;):rose::kiss:

The pleasure was (also) mine. ;)

But, I'm not one to turn down "proper thank yous" :D

Thanks all. :kiss: I appreciate your love and support. :kiss: It's been a long time since I had to deal with that feeling of disappointment. I had thought I had buried it. You Litsters are wonderful. :rose:

Mark - - - Those were not scars but scratches, little baby ones, like from a small rose, a white one...pure innocent and virginal. :D

You've got an interesting way of talking yourself out of even the most damning evidence. :D

Not every time ...

I heard the stories of the policeman and the new little red car :eek:

Edited to add -- The more I think about it, that could be the title of a new Lit story, "The Policeman and the New Little Red Car" ;)

*chuckles* I do like my Little Red Car. :D

It only cost me $122.50. I don't think that's enough to teach me a proper lesson. He'll need the cuffs next time. :devil:

seems like the mood in here has lightened up....

I think we may have to change the name of this thread to:

Post-Chicago Flirt-Up.............:devil::)

Yes, sometimes it takes some witty banter to lighten the doom of gloom a letdown can bring.

Sounds like a good time was had by all. SSS the "Lit Bits" made me laugh, wish I could have been there:kiss:.
