Reluctantly coming in here just to add another opinion.

As someone who is relatively new to what's going on here, and might I add completely unaware of what happened last year, can I just take a moment to make an observation or 2? I am in no way aiming to offend anyone. Just offering an outsider's view here.

Allia has obviously had more than her share of trauma. She has been hurt and she seems to have put it upon herself to either get revenge or, most likely try to prevent what happened to her from happening to others. This is admirable, but it is done with a lot of hostility. And people will react to hostility.

I can't help but want to compare her to someone who has lost a child or other loved one to a drunk driver. And then this person hanging out at the bar waiting to see someone, anyone, leave drunk with their keys in their hands. It's not healthy. It's not how you heal.

I'm sure there are sexual predators here. I have no doubt there must be a few. But they are not the majority. There are a lot of very nice people here. I've met a few already.

So I just hope that people can try to understand each a little bit. Lower your weapons. And Allia, not all people leaving with their keys are driving home. Some have called a cab or are giving the keys to a DD. Very few people would actually condone child abuse. Sometimes it's just in the way you're looking at things. And you're looking at things through eyes that are still feeling the pain. I truly hope you get help dealing with your trauma.

For those thinking who the fuck is she? I know, I will mind my own business after this. Just wanted to get people thinking, even if just for a few seconds.

You really don't understand so I will explain. Allie seeks to censor Lit. She wants what consenting adults are allowed to experience and explore here limited to what she alone thinks appropriate. This disagreement may seem trivial on the surface but it actually about the freedom of all kinks, fetishes, and speech of Lit. She has now also threatened the privacy of all of Lit members.
While I understand her issues, I will not stand by silently while the basic freedoms all Lit members enjoy are threatened by her delusional perception of age play. And yes, it is over age play. She perceives it as pedophilia.
It has been explained to her in detail that it is not. It does not involve any underage persons, only consenting adults. She had not relented. It has been requested that if she does not like it, she simply not go to those threads. She refuses. So all in all this is an issue created by, continued by and escalated by Allie herself. I don't feel any pity for her reception here in light of her blatant disregard for options or definitions given. Aka...her bad

Oh and this is the fighting thread. Hence the name. This is the place to get it all out in the open and have at it. With Lit rules ofc.

Please report posts as soon as you see them. When you report the post, please send a PM to that forum moderator. You can also include the site owners, Laurel and Manu, on that PM. Please include links to the thread/post in question.

If someone is posting content that offends you but does not violate forum rules and is not illegal, the best course of action for you is to either choose not to frequent that thread/poster or to put that poster on ignore.

When users are banned for violating forum rules, they are able to join the site again with new usernames. As long as they obey forum rules, and no one reports their posts, they will not be banned again.

I happen to be part of the beginning discussions with Allie on this subject. I'm not even into age play but I understand it. It's not rocket science or any different then cosplay or roleplay in the bedroom. It just has a specific title. Poor girl can't get that.
