This is too funny! It is passive to shut off all forms of communication. If you say out loud to the person you ar shutting off that you don't give a fuck - then that is aggressive.

So did you say you "don't give a fuck" then shut off the communication? That would be aggressive/passive

if you shut off all forms of communication first, then saying you "don't give a fuck" doesn't really matter and all you have is passive
