Trimming your toe nails

Does anyone have a method of trimming your toe nails that doesn’t result in back pain after?

I am tall with long legs and so not flexible. And also a guy. Not sure if the last part matters.

It’s probably not about trimming your nails wrong, you probably have back problems and this is just a thing which triggers them.

So an overall back health program is what I personally would recommend.
