one of the questions in the "name 5" thread the other day was, "name your 5 favorite movie quotes." I couldn't answer in the thread because I type too slow, for one thing, and I had to think of some, for another. I also wasn't sure how many I could remember word-for-word.

a lot of times my favorite quotes are influenced by the latest movie I've watched, especially if it's one of my favorites like "talladega nights", or movies that I've watched over and over, like "talladega", or "road house". then there are timeless classics, such as "die hard" or "dirty harry". with all of that being said, here is a partial list.
