If a woman orgasms after a man has ejaculated, the cervix moves down to kind of "catch" the semen during the orgasmic contractions... so if the woman is ovulating, this increases the chances of conception, yes...

But I don't think orgasms are directly related to how fertile (or not) a woman actually is...
