Yesterday I learned that my sister's fiance, a soldier stationed in Germany, has been cheating on her with a German girl. I was so furious that I started making plans to go all the way to where he is stationed and kick his villeinous arse all the way into the North Sea.

If he lived closer I might have actually done it before I calmed down. As it stands he will be better off if I never see the man again.

So the question that this raises, have any of you actually gone and revenged a relative or friend's betrayal? If you haven't, what's the closest you got?

No, I haven't. But you know what, I wouldn't either. At least not physically. If you beat up a guy for cheating on your sister, in my mind you come off worse.

I started a thread once and asked why guys mindfuck girls..when my friend was being treated badly by a guy.

does that count?? That is about as mean as I get.:)

That is a shame. I would be pissed too.

I've been cheated on so badly that it was not even a suprise because they were pretty much dickheads with no brains attached and I would have shriveld up if anyone in my family went after them. Mainly because cheating isn't illegal. It isn't good, but assault is illegal.

That is where kharma comes in.

Both guys that cheated on me, got theirs.

One, last year, even begged my good friend to tell me how sorry he was and how he totally regrets treating me like shit and wished he could have me back.... blah blah blah.

She said he went on and on, literally down on his fucking knees, begging her. She said he looked like he was starving and totally depressed in the eyes. It was pretty sad sounding.

That is enough.

The road has been shitty, but I think I am finding out that the man I married is really my best friend.

Things aren't perfect, far from it, but he is really trying to be more understanding, and he isn't a cheater, so that is great in my book.

Revenge doesn't have to be physical violence. So that does count, Juicylips. My desire to do this guy some damage was just my visceral reaction to someone hurting my sister. Non-violent revenge is far more creative anyway.

My sister has to deal with this from a more personal point of view than I have. And I can't do anything about it because I am too far away to do better than a phone call.

I'm the chivalrous type. There are rules about how you treat people, especially women. This guy broke those rules, and it was my sister that he hurt. I'm still angry, but it is no longer 'pounding the walls' angry.

I've never revenged a hurt of one of my friends or relatives, but I have with two guys that have dumped me.

I stand up for my friends (if they want/need it). I haven't done revenge. I don't believe in revenge.

They know what they've done, and if they don't feel shitty about it, then I can't help them find the way with whatever I do.

Hopefully that old Karma bitch will come and kick their ass(es).

I have three teenage sisters. I hear lots of things about crappy guys. But you know, even the worst thing a guy has done to my sister didn't get me breathing hard.

Sad as it is .... I would and have stood up for my friends before I would stand up for any one in my loser family.

I could not care less about anyone in my family. As far as I am concerned, they get what they ask for.

Now my friends are a pretty spiffy group of people. And some of them are damn right nice. So I do the occasional revenge act for them. Sometime they know, sometimes they don't.

My all time personal best .....

One of my friends was tutoring a guy who tried to rape her while she was alone one night. We heard her screaming and crying and busted down the door and threw him out. ( Naked mind you )

About 2 weeks later, I went to where he works and found his car. We Slim Jimmed the car open and proceeded to put tuna fish ( packed in oil ) in the crevase if the seats, all the odds and end pockets, the ash tray, the glove box, the trunk, and every air vent in the car.

This was in mid July in TX.

What do you think it smelled like when he got out of work at 5pm ?

 :D

Yes, I have been known to be really evil when it comes to revenge.
