I did that the first day he was here, I believe. If he has threads started, I can't see them either. Out of sight, out of mind.

My ignore list is almost as long as my penis. My penis is NOT shorter than average either.
There are just some people here I simply don't want to be bothered with.

I like the ignore feature, even if it's just a temporary fix. I find myself, after a few weeks, getting over a poster's assholishness, and then I'm able to re-instate them and ignore them of my own power. Frankly with a username like the one mentioned, I don't even bother to read anything in the first place.

Do I have to be on one of someone's posts to ignore them? Or can I just plug in their name somewhere?

Personally I haven't read nor will I, a post of his. The name alone set me off... I'm just not ready to see the AV accidentally.

no.. just go to the offending parties profile and at the bottom there are two choices...

Add to buddy list ... Add to ignore list...

Choose the ignore list and voila they are gone...

I've done it that way b4 but really don't want to see this one's AV.

Go to your control pannel.

Click on Edit Ignore List.

Add his name to the list.
