Omega 3

I don't work for them either. honest.

I take fish oil pills everynight! At first i was scared they would be too gross to handle. I hate fish, btw. But today, I am happy to say have changed my life as well!
 
Maybe I should get my hubby to try this. He gets winter depression big time. Oddly enough it seems to be related to his endorphin levels. i.e. the more sex the less depression- I'm actually being serious- even though that sounds like a really bad joke.

A number of years ago I suffered through a depression...I found that excercise, and vitamins helped to lift and even out things. I still excercise (not as seriuously as then, but I am working on that) and take the vitamins. Vitamin's C, Bcomplex, E, and Fish oil, and the ever present 82 milligram aspirin. A nice mix and it does wonders for me. I rarely get sick or colds, I feel great most of the time, and my concentration is better. I am a firm believer in vitamins and excercise.
 
I didn't know that Omega 3 came in capsules. I will have to check it out since supposed to help decrease risk of cancer. Which I am at very high risk for, big family history of it.
