If States can dictate how women are treated in their State...a violation of the Constitution...then so can States dictate how guns are handled. The 2nd Amendment is not in context of an independent individual...but of an individual in a State militia. None of it matters anyway...the Progressive States are finally seeing the light and realizing they are better off alone than remaining in an 1800 US. We control almost 85% of this country's GDP. We can get more for less taxation if we don't have to share with inbred states.
