Oh Que!

What vinyasa did you do? In the morning before I hop into the shower I like to do a few arm vinyasas to warm myself up for the day. It skips plank and a few other standing poses but it's convenient for a tighter space.

I don't know.....I just followed my teacher....I'd not done this flow before, but it was really beautiful. At one point it felt more like modern dance. ( I should not have worn my slightly tight leggings either, they made a jump down my hips....) .

We have to make some adaptations for my postures sometimes because of some physical restrictions I might have on the day/all the time.

G does yoga with my teacher too, and its really fun to See G do things I won't be able to do ever, or things I could do but cannot do now, but its MORE fun feeling my body work and open and me start to feel less a little less grudging and more compassionate about a health situation I have. :). My yoga teacher is probably the second most important man in my life to Gianbattista,:heart:

*cries*

Thank your lucky stars, Elle.
There's actually a club for women who have known me and now need therapy.
They have a convention once a year and a FB page.
All my mail goes into a bucket of water before I open it.
I've seen G shirtless.
I've seen a mirror.
You win.

Please to actually , I am a bit hungry:eek:.

I know G is on his way home but he didn't say whether or not he had eaten before the cell cut off, and it don't want him to eat alone if he hasn't. So I'm trying not to think about what I would have chosen to eat had he said he had eaten or was eating on the train.

I hope he doesn't take too long to get home. Hunger pains are not easy to ignore.

Hmm.

Maybe I am easily satisfied? :D. I really like deferred gratification. ( I think I prefer the deferring to the gratification ) so I'm enjoying myself. :)

Actually I am distracted now, a friend on BDSM board suggested something to do with q tips.....

I think it makes a difference when you have someone in your life to suffer for. :rose: I'm still looking. :(

Be careful with those "Que" tips.

I have no idea who the many faces of que are. I have to take people for who they appear to be to me. If that means I get hurt, so be it. Now, the q tips on the other hand......

Poet, what are driving time restrictions over there? I cannot remember new ones here , because I don't drive a truck now so I don't keep up. Some times delivery people in trucks ask if they can take lunch or respite fifteen minutes in my driveway, Its fine by me. The fifteen minute breaks seem quite heavily monitored in UK. Does this happen over there?

14 hrs of consecutive on duty time max, including a max of 11 hrs driving. Also, must have a 30 min break after 8 hrs.
Max 70 hrs in a week before taking 34 hrs off.
And yeah, can't cheat on the break unless you aren't monitored electronically.
Paper loggers never take a 30 min break, but they log one.
Oh, and after 14 on duty, a driver must be off 10 hrs.
Truck driver regs are actually more stringent than for airline pilots here.
