Oh Que!

Who drags out the old mattresses? This reminds me of a film comedy, "Sunshine Cleaning." Amy Adams and Emily Blunt run a business cleaning out the contaminated homes of dead people.

Old mattresses...reminds me of a scene in Betty Blue (I am re-reading the book) where Betty cannot sleep in the bed of the recently departed mother of Eddie (well who would?) and gets her boyfriend (whose name I just realised is not ever mentioned) to haul the mattress out to the lane outside.
Next thing there's a banging on the door and the rubbish man is asking if the mattress is theirs. Apparently the man's mate lost his hand while feeding a mattress into the automatic feeder of the truck and he hates mattresses with a vengeance. So, he starts violently ripping into the mattress with the hook on his hand.

Sorry...it is much better written in the book.

I don't typically like red ( I have my bias reasons) but that red hair is hot on Jezzibaby.

What fun today! Had an IV drip for my cold this morning. Probably going to line up for another jab tomorrow and the next day (3 times in all) - 70 rmb a pop - about $15.
I wish my cold would just take a hike. I have had enough of it.

Thank you smoothy! It's a different color....again!

Your pimp daddy skillz need work.

That's not red. It's crimson.

:D

Methinks you, perhaps, have some insider information. ;)

Don't give a fuck.

It looks nice.

Thank you again my friend, I hope you are recovering and feeling better!

Feel better soon darlin'!

I love Jezzi in reds, both the shades she has had. :)

I am liking my more ginger adventure too. G likes it, but said last week he misses my old hair colour now.

All I know is the color you showed us looks amazing!!!

Thanks Jezz...I feel better today. Hope I get a good sleep tonight without the sniffles - and manage to avoid keeping my wife awake.

We'll see how tomorrow is - may go for the last session.
Woman in the bed beside me got a face full of acupuncture needles attached like electrodes to a machine. She went to sleep and started snoring.

A glimmer on the horizon for my stuff: apparently they are about to be inspected by customs. The discussion already has moved on to freight arrangements, so it's encouraging. But what do they say about counting your chickens before they hatch?
Optimistic little prick aren't I? lol

Discovered I have a tax bill with the Aussie Tax Office. $847. Got to do a bank transfer. Ought to be test if I can do it without my passport, just a slip if paper. I almost didn't fly the other day until the temporary visa was OK'd.
Lucky for me the exchange rate is low. Instead of about 5000 rmb it might only be less than 4000.

Red and orange...

Clemson fans are looking a little down in the mouth. I haven't seen any Alabama fans yet.

A new... different color? When do we get to see?

When I get net nanny if my pic at the bosses lol

Glad you're feeling better Michael! Good luck with customs

Ugh, a few years ago they wanted to charge us and make this kind of delay for transfer when we were buying our. House. The stupid thing is we had an account with same bank as the lawyer account and were using that to facilitate the deal.

I said ' how much to withdraw? And pay in? I'll have it in mixed small notes please  suddenly transfer was free, and immediate.

Hahaha! WWell done Elle,

Yesterday was a bit... Difficult. Luckily we only had a small amount of fluffy snow. The day started with a 4 am wake up, on the road by 5am after loading trucks with 50 lb ice bags, shovels, etc. we made a fuel stop at Kwik trip and when we turned the truck back on, it died. Great. Got a new battery upon advice from a mechanic, still nothing...I knew it wasn't the battery.

Long story less long? It was the a/c pump and a pulley had completely seized which made starting the truck mpossible. New pulley and a/c bypass and we were on our way...now it is afternoon and we have 45 properties to do. We blew thorough them, one of the two other crews who only had ten to do started at the end of ours but left at 4pm wich left us out til pretty late. By the time boss man and I got home everyone else was in bed. I warmed us up some chili, took a shower, did dishes and laundry and passed out.... Fit bit says 24k plus steps and 12mi,ex's yesterday ...so much for light duty.

The ankle is doing really well. Holding up to the abuse of the past two days. Today should be an easy one

Yes. Seriously.

How much should he have asked you for? What can you buy for a dollar now? :(

He should have asked for ten!

So much for 'easy.' How about if I say 'good luck?' I'm betting you're tough, Jezzi.
