I've got office chairs with and without arms. I can affirm that either will work for those opportune moments that might...arise. But armless chairs offer more ease of...use???

I will say though that if you can ever acquire one of the antique or replica wide armed all-wood rolling chairs you should. Once you've assured yourself of the sturdiness of the chair its a remarkably versatile item.

There are two things which worry me slightly about the *coughs* leisure uses of such a chair.
Thing one: I'm concerned about the straddling opportunities. Do my legs go under the arms? I'm not sure I'd fit inside. Oh, wait, though, maybe facing forwards?
Thing two: the wheels plus wooden floor combination looks a bit lethal. I'm imagining my fellatee suddenly disappearing backwards at high speed

Too easy numi... area rugs or floor protectors keep the chair from unexpectedly flying away.
And yes, legs over the chair arms in a forward-facing position. Or...if facing away from the chair the already seated party helping to hold the other in place as she, with his assistance, uses the chair arms...and some upper body strength.
My office is carpeted... I have (and this is admittedly weird...) sometimes wondered about those specialised prosthetics which allow people who've lost an arm or a hand to do things they used to before. You know, like the ice-axe ones for climbers, or Edward Scissorhands.
I bet someone somewhere has thought of a vibrator-hand...
