I have a strong pelvic floor. I'm not sure how - I don't really do the kegel exercises, but I've never given birth, maybe that's a factor.
I like to use them for evil purposes. When he has that look in his eye, and he knows that I know he's right on the edge, and I could, with one well-timed squeeze, push him right over.
Sometimes I do.
Sometimes I don't.

I've had partners who've had children and others who haven't. All that I can attest to is that the ones who had a habit of doing kegel exercises were noticeable and it was interesting.
I like the evil laugh...full of surprises you are...yes??![]()
I have a feeling that men can also do kegel exercises. But I can't remember what the benefit is for them.
Especially beneficial before and following removal of the prostate due to prostate cancer. A strong pelvic floor is important to regaining urinary continence following surgery.

It's also very useful to manage the strength and urgency of ejaculations and is a really erotic technique when 'flexing' while inserted at any depth![]()

Wow, I didn't know that. I know that there is a high chance of ED following surgery for prostate cancer (family history...) - I wonder if they discuss this with patients before hand. They should...

They say that is you doing them correctly, you can feel the penis jump a little, with fingers. Care to check if see if my technique is right??![]()

I think any reputable doctor does. Immediately following removal of the prostate, the ability to attain a "spontaneous", or non-medically assisted, erection is gone. Ideally, about a month after surgery, what I have personally nicknamed "erection rehabilitation" begins. It can take up to three years to know just how much function will return, with the majority of men needing medication (injectable or oral) to attain an erection sufficient for penetration. Why do I know this? My 50 year old husband is almost 18 months out from his surgery. Why do I talk about it? Because someone else may not be as lucky to have access to the excellent medical resources and education that we have.![]()
Oh, Angelica, I'm so sorry to hear that you've both had to go through that. And so young... I hope his recovery is going as well as you would like, and thank you so much for being willing to talk about it.
My much-loved FiL had his prostate removed, and there were vague hints about the effects he had to live with, but we didn't talk about it much. He wasn't a great internet user (and it was quite some time ago) and I fear he didn't have much access to information. So I applaud your openness, and hope that maybe it helps you too to talk about it a little bit. *massive hugs*

Thank you so much, beautiful Numi. Many hugs in return.
I'm with you in waiting for Scot. I mean, he asked for feedback.![]()

Maybe I shouldn't have given him the massive fluffy bath sheet to demonstrate with...![]()

Hey! I was ready and waiting and demonstrating...but then night fell and I fell asleep and woke up on floor all tangled in a fluffy bath sheet!!!![]()
